Foxconn Prepare 25-30 Million Units iPhone X

iPhone X
Apple is experiencing problems in meeting the high demand for iPhone X, which is indicated by the latest reports and estimates announced by various reliable sources. Latest support information is submitted by KGI Securities based on the power collected.

The Taipei-based research firm predicts that Foxconn will only distribute 25-30 million units of iPhone X in the fourth quarter of 2017. Earlier, KG Securities analyst Ming-chi Kuo said about 30-35 million devices will be distributed by the end of 2017.

Kuo also claims that the distribution of iPhone X is predicted to reach 50 percent of quarterly growth, in the first quarter of 2018 as a result of an increase in the production rate of the device.

Apple's 3D sensor module suppliers used on iPhone X, LG Innotek and Sharp will begin improving distribution in November and December, allowing Apple to distribute more iPhone X by early 2018.

Meanwhile, according to Taiwanese media, Sharp received technical assistance from General Interface Solution (GIS), a company that offers integrated touch screen solutions.

This help allows Sharp to increase production rates for 3D sensor modules in advance compared to LG Innotek.

The iPhone X pre-order program will begin next Friday, reports circulating on the internet that only two to three million units will be available for distribution on November 3rd. The number is down from the 10 million units that can generally be distributed when it starts marketing the new iPhone.
