Samsung Exynos 5100 supports smartphones with 5G networks

Intel announced the new Intel Core i7-8086K limited edition processor

Intel Shows Xeon Scalable Gold 6138P with CPU and FPGA chips that can be programmed at once

Intel has announced a new and special version of the Scalable Xeon processor, fitted with an internal FPGA chip that accompanies the dead CPU. The Xeon Scalable 6138P is currently supplied by Intel to selected customers. It includes an ARGA 10 GX 1150 FPGA chip and is proposed for special use in data centers.

Both components are connected to each other through Intel's Ultra Path Interconnection technology, thanks to which CPU and FPGA chips can access the data contained in system memory and in the FPGA cache chip without data replication or overhead access to memory.

The Arria 10 GX 1150 chip is completely programmable and integrates 1.15 million logical elements internally, customizable according to the type of usage demanded by the user.

Intel did not specify the CPU components coupled to the FPGA but conceivably could be a mirror image pattern of the Gold Xeon 6138P, with 20 internal cores with a base clock frequency of 2 GHz and Turbo frequencies lasting up to 3.7 GHz.

Motherboard shipments are expected to fall 10% this year

Global component shipments of motherboards are predicted to fall by 10 percent by 2018. President and CEO of Sony Computer Science Laboratories, Hiroaki Kitano also admitted that Sony is still losing compared to other giant companies that have developed AIs like Facebook and Google.

Latest Bose QC35 II Headphones Made by Google Assistant

Bose finally officially launched its first headphones that offer access to Google Assistant, the Bose QuietComfort 35 II. These headphones are available for purchase this week for $ 349.95. 

Similar to the original version of QuietComfort 35, the headphones are available in black and silver are also equipped with noise cancellation technology and best audio performance by Bose, and support the maximum battery life claimed for 20 hours.

The headphones are also equipped with the same key configuration, with audio volume buttons on the right earcup, accompanied by multifunction buttons to dial incoming calls and access to Siri.

The difference between QuietComfort 35 II when compared to its predecessor lies in the new Action button on the left-side earcup. This button lets users connect headphones to Google Assistant without the need to use the phone, unlock and search for applications.

QuietComfort 35 II is the result of collaboration between Bose and Google, making it the first headphone with Google Assistant integration. In addition, these headphones are also equipped with Bose's microphone system, claimed to be able to capture sound with the best accuracy.

Google Software Engineer Ian Lake also explains that the headphones are also equipped with Voice UI (VUI) feature, allowing the device to read out the sender's name when receiving message notifications. These features work well on iOS devices as well as via the Google Assistant app.

CCleaner So Malware Spreader

CCleaner, a junk files cleaner application or Windows workstation data belonging to the company's new Avast AntiVirus Ais a source of malware spreader that threatens the security of data every device that fitted the application. CCleaner is an application created by Piriform that has been acquired by Avast on July 18, 2017 yesterday. Avast Party said hackers have been targeting Piriform internal server since before Avast acquired the company.

While an infected version of CCleaner was released on August 15, 2017 and continues to be undetected by the system for four weeks.

Avast first noticed an infection in CCleaner on September 12 through a company called Morphisec who also told Cisco.

Avast Party is said to immediately conduct an investigation so that the cause can be immediately immediately known.

So far only CCleaner versions of 32-bit and 64-bit Windows are infected. Avast Party has released an update and notify all users. Unfortunately, users of the free version must update manually because the automatic update feature is only for paid subscribers.
