Nokia 8 Estimated Using Android 8.0 O

Latest Nokia phones to be launched on August 16 next, Nokia 8, is expected to use the latest operating system Android 8.0 O.

 

There is still a debate whether HMD Global will use the name Nokia 8 or Nokia 9 for this flagship product, but it is estimated the choice will fall on the Nokia 8.

The GSM Arena page lists the Geekbench benchmark for Unknown Heart devices with Snapdragon 835 chipset and 4GB RAM running on Android 8.0. O.

Previously, Geekbench also once mentioned prototype of the latest mobile phone Nokia, at that time Nokia 9, with Unknown Heart.

If true, the device could be the first marketed using the Android operating system 8.0 O.

 

Last year, the LG V20 was the first device outside of Google to use Android 7.0 Nougat, after Nexus got an update.

 

This year, OS updates for Pixel and Nexus are expected to come out this month so HMD has a chance to launch Nokia 8 with Android 8.0 O.
