Super Mario Bros Rare Sold US $ 30,000

The classic video game trader DKOldies sells the rare Super Mario Bros game for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) console at an exorbitant price on eBay. The game, which is still neatly wrapped alias has not been played, sold for US $ 30,000.

According to DKOldies CEO Drew Steimel, his company decided to put a copy of Super Mario Bros. game released in 1985 on eBay last week. Not knowing that the game to be sold is rare, DKOldies opens a very cheap price for the game, which is US $ 1 cent.

Then, a few hours before the auction closes, the price has jumped to US $ 6,000.

"The last minute the price began to climb up," said Drew Steimel.

"Then, in the last 10 seconds the price increased from US $ 6,000 to US $ 30,000," says Drew Steimel, as sums up from Mashable.

Drew Steimel revealed, Super Mario Bros. is the most expensive game that was successfully auctioned DKOldies. The company also put about 10 to 12 classic game titles on eBay.
