SAP Conversational AI allows companies to develop smart chatbots. This service includes an end-to-end toolkit to train, build, and monitor chatbots. These chatbots can be integrated with both SAP and non-SAP systems and are also available as customized bots for pre-configured industries.
Then the SAP Leonardo Machine Learning Foundation, which allows its customers to develop individual applications, has five new services, object detection, text recognition in images, and text classification, which analyzes and automatically categorizes text-shaped documents.
In blockchain technology has been developed SAP Cloud Platform Blockchain which is a blockchain-as-a-service service that allows companies to add business solutions with blockchain technology, such as Hyperledger Fabric and MultiChain.
SAP also continues to expand its multi-cloud strategy with the general availability of SAP CloudPlatform on Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure, once present at Amazon Web Services (AWS). SAP also intends to release a special SAP Cloud Platform on IBM Cloud as a private cloud deployment. This type of solution will enable clients in regulated industries such as banking, health, and transport, as well as those who manage sensitive data.
