Samsung responds to battery problems in the Galaxy Note 8 and S8 +

Last week, users complained that the battery of a number of units Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and Galaxy S8 + experienced problems, causing power quickly drained away and have difficulty to recharge.

The user complains of a difficulty device being reactivated with various methods after switching off. It's bad news for troubled device owners, but at least the device's battery does not burn like the Galaxy Note 7.


Users of Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and Galaxy S8 + can avoid these problems by ensuring the smartphone battery is recharged before power reaches 0 percent. Currently, Samsung is conducting investigations related to the issue.

Now, Samsung calls the new receives a small amount of complaints, and requires more information related to the problem device. Samsung asked the owner of the problem device to immediately report when experiencing the problem.


Samsung explains, will only be able to provide a better response when it has gained enough information. Nevertheless, Samsung is committed in responding to all of its device complaints seriously.
