Google Offers Free Repair for Harvey Hurricane Pixel Victims

When Irma's storm that hit the Caribbean last week caught the attention of the world community, Harvey storm victims who are still in the process of healing also need attention. Google announced it will contribute to helping people who are victims of Harvey's storm.

Google's form of contribution is a free repair offer for Pixel devices damaged by Harvey's storm. The offer of assistance is expected to help present one form of comfort for storm corpses.


Google offers free fixes thanks to work with uBreakFix, a company focused on improving smartphones, tablets, PCs and gaming devices. 

Owning a number of reparation stores across the United States, uBreakFix has a strong presence in Texas.

The free repair offer is available at seven uBreakFix store locations in Houston, Texas, including The Heights, Roca Village, Pearland, Pasadena, West Chase, Sugar Land and Webster. Users only need to bring a broken Pixel device to the store for repair.


uBreakFix uploads more detailed information related to this service on its official blog, listing the damage conditions that will receive free fixes from it.  

Both uBreakFix and Google do not restrict the damage conditions, as long as the device can still be fixed.

This free repair offer comes with uBreakFix and Google for Houston residents until September 30. Not only Google, Apple previously also offers free repairs on the iPhone and iPad are also victims of Harvey storm.

Google is in the middle of bringing updates to various services and applications of his work. including Drive and YouTube. Google is also rumored to be working with Motorola to bring the latest Android One device.
