Manufacturer of Gamevice Technology Accessories Sues Nintendo

The manufacturer of accessories console and gagdet named Gamevice has just reportedly sued Nintendo.

In its lawsuit, Gamevice claims Nintendo has used a portable controller design that is implemented in Joy-Con on the Nintendo Switch. The design of the unloading controller is said to have been used first on one of its products, Wikipad.

Wikipad is an external controller for tablet devices. The controller with the shape of the letter "U" allows you to connect the tablet to Wikipad in a very similar way such as installing Joy-Con to the Switch console.


Wikipad is still a concept and not yet used as a product to be thrown into the market. According to Engadget, Gamevice sued Nintendo to pay compensation and stop selling his Switch console.

Meanwhile, Gamevice still does not want to comment further on this issue. On the other hand, Nintendo also maish has not responded to the demands.

Nintendo Switch is indeed one console with a very unique design that makes it can appear as a hybrid console. Until March 2017, Switch is said to have sold as many as 4.7 million units.
