Apple Releases Business Chat on iMessage iOS 11

Apple is building a new customer service platform that is part of iOS 11 under the name Business Chat for iMessage. Through this service consumers and customers are expected to discuss the product, ordering, and tracking shipments.

Currently the platform is offered to companies in the form of developer preview. Business Chat for iMessage allows customers and companies to communicate using chat.

The platform lets customers buy products, track shipments and more. Simple tasks related to customer service can also be handled using the Business Chat platform.

Apple has integrated this platform into its own applications such as Safari, Siri, Spotlight and Maps. Users will be able to use Apple Pay to make purchases in chat.

And, because messages on the platform can be saved, customers can make them a reference if they are needed later.

With developer preview, companies can serve their customers using iPhone or iPad. For those of you who own a business you can register at register.apple.com/business-chat.

"Business Chat is a powerful new way for businesses to connect with customers directly on Message.In Business Chat, your customers can get answers to questions, solve problems, and complete transactions on their iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch," says Apple .
