Print Records, India Launches 104 Satellites in One Mission

Reporting from Space pages, three major satellite Cartosat-2 series was carried off in a rocket called the Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV). PSLV was flown from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre, located in India at 10:58 pm local time.

While other satellite 101 is a nano satellite (often called nanosats) flown in from five countries, including the United States (US), The Netherlands, Israel, Kazakhstan and Switzerland.


The mission, as revealed by ISRO, aims to launch a series of satellites Cartosat-2 and 103 more from the Earth to orbit the Sun in flown to an altitude of 314 miles (505 kilometers). Later, nanosats dubbed the "Doves" This will also serve to take a screenshot of the Earth from space.
