Prior to this, the existence of the phone was known for appearing on the site of the United States telecommunications regulatory body, FCC, and China's telecommunications regulatory body, TENAA.
According to the specifications and images of TENAA, Galaxy S8 Lite has a very similar design to the Galaxy S8. S8 Lite is equipped with Infinity Display screen, Bixby special button and a fingerprint scanner on the back of the phone, just below the camera.
However, as mentioned by The Verge, S8 Lite is a phone with a more affordable price. And this is seen from the specifications. Indeed, the screen has the same size as Galaxy S8, which is 5.7 inches, but the resolution is lower, which is 2220 x 1080 pixels.
The S8 Lite has a 16MP rear camera with Snapdragon 660 as a processor instead of the 835 Snapdragon that Samsung uses on the Galaxy S8. Galaxy S8 Lite will have 4GB of RAM, 64GB internal memory, and 3,000 mAh battery.
According to the outstanding picture, Galaxy S8 Lite will appear in two color options namely black and red. Unfortunately, it is still unknown when Samsung will launch this phone. Many people suspect Samsung will launch it in China on 21 May.
