Google has fixed Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL problems, but some users are still complaining

Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL
Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL complained that users have a number of issues, from the screen with a burning impression, the clicking sounds heard on the speakerphone, the microphone that is not working during a phone call and the inability to receive or download MMS messages.

Google claims to have fixed issues related to the inability to receive or download MMS messages. However, some owners of 2017 generation devices claimed to still experience the problem.

In Google Product Forums for Pixel 2 XL, a Google employee named Pankaj Kanwar who claims to represent the Pixel team, uploaded a statement expressing gratitude for the report regarding the issue on Google's smartphone work, and mentioned the issue has been resolved.

Kanwar also asks Pixel users to notify Google's team if they still encounter problems with the device. A number of forum members responded to Google uploads mentioning that they are still experiencing issues related to receiving MMS messages.

A number of other users have also complained that their Pixel 2 or Pixel 2 XL device can not send MMS messages.

Based on the uploads that arise, this problem is expected to affect AT & T operator customers or Cricket prepaid services that also use AT & T networks.

There is a temporary solution for users who have not received help from Google. The solution involves disabling the Enhanced 4G LTE Mode, by accessing Settings, then Networks & Internet, then Mobile Network and Advanced.

This solution will enable Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL devices to receive MMS messages. Users are advised to keep inquiring and submit a complaint to the mobile carrier and notify Google of the act of disabling Enhanced 4G LTE.
