YouTube encourages creators to create positive content

More than a hundred YouTube creators gathered in London on January 24, to participate in the Creators for Change Summit. The event aims to strengthen the relationship between creators, enlarge the possibilities of collaboration.

Topics raised vary, ranging from tolerance between religious and ethnic as well as efforts to increase digital literacy so that they do not easily believe with false news.

YouTube launched the Creators for Change program in September 2016. Since then, they have worked with 39 inspiring creators from around the world to help creators cope with social issues.

Creators are expected to increase awareness, tolerance and empathy through the videos they make.
