Seeing many curious users, WhatsApp ends up voting by justifying the incident and apologizing for the service being down.
"Earlier today, WhatsApp users in the world have difficulty accessing apps for about an hour, and we are sorry for the inconvenience," said a spokesman for WhatsApp.
The collapse of WhatsApp service happens because of a bug in the application software code. Luckily, the collapse of this messaging service did not last long and is now functioning normally.
Just this information is not the first time this Facebook service has problems. In May 2017, WhatsApp was down for two hours in a number of countries.
They voice complaints on social networks, including Twitter. Among the many complaints that emerged, some of them addressed to WhatsApp founder, Jan Koum, with Twitter @jankoum account.
Although mentioned by many users, the Twitter account owner chooses to silence a thousand words. Known, Koum Twitter account created in April 2009 this only has the number of chirp as much as 80 tweets with the latest upload on February 25, 2016.
This indicates, Koum indeed never upload tweet. Could be, so far, WhatsApp CEO is not monitoring his Twitter account.
