The
US National Security Agency (NSA) is again faced with a difficult
situation about its ability to protect the security of the United
States. Hackers suspected of having links with the
Russian government are reported to have stolen the NSA's secret
cybertools from one of its contractors.
This action
was exacerbated by the fact that the Kremlin's spy found the cybertools
and NSA's confidential information inside a private laptop that used
security software made by Kaspersky Lab. Reportedly the Moscow-based security company has a close relationship with the Russian government.
This is not the first time the NSA has missed it. Known two previous contractors were also arrested for leaking information belonging to the US secret agency.
