HMD Global officially confirmed the Nokia smartphone homemade will receive the Android mobile operating system update 8.0 Oreo. The four Nokia devices are expected to be upgraded to Android Oreo in the coming months. At least three of the four smartphones will receive updates later this year.   

General Manager of HMD Global for Australia, New Zealand, Mark Trundle confirmed that Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 will receive Oreo update by the end of 2017.

Meanwhile, the flagship device HMD, namely Nokia 8, has been using the latest version of Android is currently available in the market. So it is certain that these operating system updates on these three devices will be available in the near future.
