Essential Phone Update Security Patch In September

Essential Phone
Essential Phone received software updates on the eve of its presence at Sprint stores across the United States. Technically, this update is not the first, and previous updates can only be enjoyed by users of the review unit.

This became the first update released publicly to the owner of the Android co-founder's smartphone. Essential Phone promises new Android, although the update is not an Oreo.

The operating system Android 8.0 Oreo is not yet available on devices that are not supported by Google. The September security update is based on Android 7.1.1 Nougat with NMI64C model number.

This update scrolled in 175MB via Over-The-Air (OTA), and armed with support to improve device performance, related to scrolling capability within apps or Settings.

Device owners can check the availability of updates on the device via Settings> About Phone> System update and Manual Check.

Essential Phone by Andy Rubin began to be distributed within seven days after August 16 last. This indicates that the buyer of the device via the pre-order program will immediately receive confirmation of the Essential Phone shipment.

Essential has also become a unicorn after FIH Mobile's Foxconn division, as Apple's supplier, invested US $ 3 million in new Android startup from Android creator Andy Rubin.

The investment contributes 0.25 percent of Essential shares, which means that the new company has been valued at around US $ 1.2 billion.
