Snapdragon 450 Supports Double Camera Lens and Quick Charge 3.0
At the Mobile World Congress Shanghai 2017, Qualcomm introduced the Snapdragon 450 chipset. The chipset is for middle-class smartphones and tablets.

Through its official blog, the company from the United States claims Snapdragon 450 is the first middle-class chipset using 14 nanometer FinFET process.

Thanks to the architecture, this chipset is believed to have a number of improvements in terms of battery life, graphics performance, computing capabilities, digital imaging, and LTE connectivity, when compared with its predecessor, Snapdragon 435.


For graphics and computing, the performance is claimed twenty-five percent better. Then for battery life, this chipset is called thirty percent more efficient and has received fast charging technology support Quick Charge 3.0.

Switching to digital imaging, this chipset is equipped with live bokeh live effects capabilities, 12 + 13MP camera lens support or 21MP single camera lens.

In the connectivity sector, this chipset supports modems with download and upload speeds of up to 300Mbps and 150Mbps respectively.
