Unfortunately, not all gamers desire can be fulfilled this year. Some of the titles that have been awaited newest information, such as Final Fantasy VII Remake, The Last of Us 2, Super Smash Bros, and Bayonetta never appear.
After nearly a month has passed since E3 took place, the Bayonetta, Nier: Automata, and Vanquish series Platinum Games surprised many gamers via Twitter on Twitter accounts.
To promote their newly created Twitter account last year, the company whistled a Bayonetta image, which uses the same color scheme as Nintendo Switch's Joy Con (Neon Red + Neon Blue) controller. Accidental? Maybe yes, maybe not.
Although a bit dubious, one gamer at NeoGAF realized the company itself retweeted messages reinforcing the assumption Bayonetta series will be present at the Switch.
Therefore, it would be a bit disappointing if Platinum Games did not launch the game on the Nintendo Switch. At least in addition to two previous Bayonetta game series, the company will release Bayonetta 3 in Nintendo's latest console.
Bayonetta is now available on PCs, PlayStation 3, Wii U, and Xbox 360, while Bayonetta 2 is released exclusively for Wii U.
