
Reported from The Verge, through this cooperation the name of Carl Zeiss certainly be re-emblazoned on the smartphone brand Nokia. Although already officially announced, HMD Global has not revealed the Nokia model that will be equipped with Carl Zeiss lens.
"Collaborating with Zeiss is an important part of our commitment to delivering the best user experience," said HMD Global CEO Arto Nummela, announcing the partnership.
This announcement clearly breaks the news that previously called HMD Global no longer use the technology and Carl Zeiss Pureview lens on Nokia smartphones. Nevertheless, Pureview specifically, imaging technology was indeed exclusively used model Lumia.
The image-processing technology was retained by Microsoft when it sold its Nokia business line to HMD Global. Therefore, it is interesting to see what image processing technology will be embedded HMD Global Global.
Previously HMD Global has also established cooperation with Xiaomi. According to news circulating, some of Nokia smartphone produced by HMD Global will use chipset made by Xiaomi, Surge S1.
