Here are 5 Best Selling Smartphones in the World Q1 2017

The current population of Android devices dominates the smartphone market worldwide. No wonder because there are many smartphone manufacturers who play on Android smartphones. But if talking what type of smartphone is the best-selling, unfortunately it's not Android smartphone.

Based on data gathered Strategy Analytics, Apple's flagship two, iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus managed to occupy the first and second best-selling smartphone in early 2017. IPhone 7 bestselling as many as 21.5 million units, while the iPhone 7 Plus trail with the sale of 17.4 million units.

With sales figures of 21.5 million units, iPhone 7 is estimated to have a market share of 6 percent of all existing smartphones. While the iPhone 7 Plus has a market share of 5 percent. After the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, then occupied Android smartphone in third place.

Surprisingly enough, the smartphone in question is not a Samsung brand, but OPPO R9s. Smartphones are sold exclusively in China is the sales of 8.1 million units with a market share of 2.5 percent.
