Google Nexus 6P phone when released reap a number of praise from the reviewe and its users. However,
who would have thought behind a number of praise that was posted there
was a lawsuit against Google and Huawei related mobile phone output in
2015.
The class action suit was filed by Chimicles & Tikellis, and sued the two companies for mutually dumping responsibility for the Nexus 6P damage issue, according to Ubergizmo.
The point is throwing each other's responsibility is Google is directing its consumers to claim its mobile warranty to Huawei. While
Huawei is considered unable to help repair the phone, and called Nexus
6P damage comes from the side of the software, not hardware so that
Google should be responsible.
Similar suits have also been submitted to LG with the same problem, namely the issue of warranty Nexus 5X complained many users. Both Nexus 5X and 6P are both experiencing bootloop after updating OS to Android 7.0.
Both LG, Huawei, and Google are equally silent about this lawsuit. But specifically for LG, they never offer refund refund alias for users of Nexus 5X who experience bootloop.
